I'm Germina Clervil, CEO of Faithfully GC, and my journey as a hairstylist began during my freshman year of high school. I convinced my older sister to let me style her hair for back-to-school, and after practicing all summer, I confidently took on the challenge. The results were so impressive that my best friend and other classmates soon requested my hairstyling skills. Witnessing the positive impact I had on my peers, I became inspired to become an entrepreneur and open my own salon someday.

Fast forward to June 1, 2018, after honing my craft for eight years and acquiring my cosmetology license, I finally achieved my dream and opened Faithfully GC LLC. My salon became more than just a place to maintain hair; it became a sanctuary where I aimed to help people unleash their inner beauty while teaching self-love. Over the years, I've served over a thousand women and built meaningful connections that transformed me both professionally and personally. It became evident to me that true beauty transcends appearances; it stems from self-acceptance and love, a realization I sought to share with the world.

My art lies in hairstyling, a medium through which I express my creativity. However, my passion lies in making women feel and embrace their inner beauty. This revelation pushed me to redefine my vision for Faithfully GC, and I set my sights on expanding the salon into salon suites for other small business professionals. I aspire to create a luxurious and empowering space where entrepreneurs from various industries can thrive, receive support, and achieve their dreams. My goal is to establish Faithfully GC Salon Suites as a premier destination for small business owners seeking a nurturing environment to flourish.

This vision is deeply important to me because it was born from my dream of opening my salon since my high school days, a dream that I've held onto for 13 years. My journey in the beauty industry has led me to realize that salon suites provide the ideal platform for professional and client privacy while allowing aspiring entrepreneurs to develop their expertise. I am a living testament to this, as I currently rent a salon suite, and it has enabled me to grow my clientele, explore my specialty, and increase my income compared to the conventional salon environment. Now, I want to help others achieve the same level of success and fulfillment in their businesses.

Looking ahead, my aspirations are to continue gaining valuable experience in the beauty industry and create a platform where I can mentor the next generation of beauticians, helping them cultivate their talents and spread self-love to their clients. Every contribution from my clients, whether it's booking appointments, referring others, or purchasing products, brings me one step closer to fulfilling this dream.
